I've had great experiences at this particular store. The store is clean and the staff is always welcoming. The associate Phillip helped me to find the perfect foundation with complete ease to match my skin tone perfectly! He was very friendly, attentive, professional with great energy! I recommend that anyone that comes in to ask for Phillip. You won't regret the assistance that he gives to you.

Clean, professional, and plenty of parking. I placed an online order (2items) around 12pm. They had it ready for pickup within 15-20 minutes. I picked up inside. They looked well staffed, and every employee I saw was so kind and warm.

Im leaving 3 stars because this is my go to ulta, I loved the service, it was fast, friendly, helpful. The absolute opposite of my visit today. Not sure if they felt tired/under pressure but the atmosphere wasn't there.

I come to this Ulta often and everyone is always very nice but today I had an employee named Maria who helped me out in the skin care department, she was so nice and polite. I wanted to come leave a review as a thank you! ☺️ I already love shopping here and she just made it so much better!

I been to this location a few since, moving to Moreno Valley never experienced this kinda disrespect/discrimination I went to show Christmas yesterday! At Ross and a return at Home goods I had coffee 3. Hours prior so as, I left Homegoods I had to use the restroom I was approaching Ulta so as, an self associate to use the restroom I had my tjmaxx reusable bag with my items I purchased from those stores so I proceeded to go to the bathroom. 🚽 someone’s knocks on the door while, I am using the toilet mumbling something I couldn’t really hear I replied someone’s in here so once finished I flushed washed my hands then open the door leaving restroom a worker and other workers near the hair salon area says to me no merchandise in the bathroom I’m like ummm excuse I just the bathroom I don’t have merchandise the worker looked me up and down still when I mentioned I didn’t have merchandise I just the bathroom. I felt uncomfortable I asked for a manager because, I have no merchandise from Ulta on me going to the restroom I’m no thief I was offended . The Manager apologized when I tried to point the lady out she got out the way I didn’t see her to think" someone is going to steal especially, if I didn’t have any of their merchandise on me . I have common sense you can’t take merchandise with u in the restroom I used to work in retail so this besides, the point I just went that store to use there restroom I didn’t have an Ulta beauty shopping in my hand to begin with for her imply that to me as , being a woman of color doesn’t make things better I would not return that location.

Got a Haircut recently done by Heather. She was very friendly and helpful absolutely delight!! Unfortunately one side of my hair was cut unevenly and a bit clumpy. I’d be more careful.

I had a formal makeup service done with Rachel and she was amazing! My service was done 9 hours ago now and the makeup still has not started to cake or anything and looks great 🙂 She listened to all my wants and was very flexible, also offering suggestions where I wasn’t sure what would look best. Would definitely recommend
