I have been to Bisous a few times and love Ashley. She such an amazing job with my first facial I decided to join her monthly facial package. She always makes my skin look amazing.

I had the most amazing glass facial with Ashley and I’m obsessed! My skin has never felt or looked better. She uses top of the line technology and the highest quality products. She seriously knows her stuff! The space is beautiful and serene . It gives chic vibes right in the heart of Bastrop. I love her, I love my skin, and I can’t wait to go back! So happy I don’t have to travel into Austin for my skin care needs anymore!

Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Ashley. She is an incredible esti- and all around amazing person. She’s thorough and thoughtful when it comes to my skin concerns.

Just wanted to share about my AMAZING experience at Bisous Esthetics today! I’m new to town, and my skin has been sufferingggg ever since. I came to this group to search for an esthetician and some of her posts came up, so I took a chance and booked the Glass Skin facial for today with the owner, Ashley. You guys. I’m very rarely shocked, but I was SHOCKED at how incredible this experience was. She is right there next to the food truck lot, and her space is absolutely gorgeous with just the right amount of light and music/sounds. Ashley is super nice and it’s a very easy check in process. The facial was out of this world. I have had a LOT of facials in my life and this was by far my favorite. Everything she used felt like QUALITY, and nothing was overbearing—it never felt like too much was being done. She has such a good vibe and technique, I felt like I could actually relax—and boy, did I! She knew her freakin’ stuff when it comes to skin, I’m tellin’ youuu! My skin is unrecognizable and i have already have my next appt booked! She is my new SKIN GIRL!!! You gotta go see her! You’ll thank me later 😉

I had high hopes for my first facial at Bious Esthetics, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. Upon arrival, the ambiance was very dark, and as a first-time customer, I wasn't introduced to my esthetician or asked about my skincare goals. During the facial, a stranger unexpectedly opened the door, which made me uncomfortable knowing she doesn't lock the door to her business where the front door steps are in an ally off a busy downtown street. Additionally, the esthetician’s facial device wasn’t charged, so I didn’t receive the glass skin facial I had booked for $150. Instead, she focused on manual massaging without communicating that the device wasn’t working. I had to ask multiple times if it was still malfunctioning, and at the end of the treatment, I was charged the full price despite not receiving the service I’d requested. I left confused and disappointed.
