Publix Super Market at Richmond Hill Plantation

I used to go to their competition across town, but eventually realized that the selection and freshness was always better at Publix. Haven't switched back since. Pay attention to the phone/email ads, which can get you some great buys on top of their amazing Buy-One-Get-One program!

I’ve visited my mom many times over the years here in Richmond Hill and have stopped at this Publix almost every visit. It’s always a pleasant experience. Today, Diego provided excellent customer service at the Deli - genuinely asking how I was doing, going beyond just preparing my sub on this Christmas Eve - Thank you! Merry Christmas!

Traveling through and was in a hurry but Chancey in the bakery helped me slow down and enjoy the process of buying a friend a thank you cake. You know people like Chancey don’t realize how much they brighten this world with kind and thoughtful listening and good old fashioned sweetness! Also appreciate the positive vibe of this store and of course the fresh produce and meat and milk alternatives. The parking lot was easy to get into with a lot of accessible handicap parking. The store was clean and the air felt fresh. They had the disinfectant wipes at the front and even this very large scale where you could weigh yourself loved. Traveling through the store!

Claire who I assume is the pharmacist is EXTREMELY unfriendly and I've had my fair share of negative experiences with her. Quite unprofessional and unexpected from Publix of all places! If you want to be miserable and rude go work at Walgreens 😒😒

Pros: Clean, tidy, well lit, isles not tiny, personable staff, human cashiers and baggers at most checkouts, usually no long lines, hence usually fast in and out. Some good rotating special deals. Cons: very limited produce, a bit more expensive than Krogers - though this is item-dependent. Some cashiers and baggers seem to behave with an unreal, almost robotic, niceness. (I hope the management is not a bully.)

It’s pretty fun and if you’re under 12 yo you get a cookie for free. I’m 13 but really short so I still get free cookies. The bathrooms need some maintenance… and so do the floors but other than that it’s awesome. Pro tip- bring a sweatshirt

Great store with a wide variety of food. Clean premises with friendly employees. They have some pretty good sales at times. It seems there mote new products coming in.
