Place is usually 5 stars. Got a sandwich today that hadn't been toasted. The bread to other ingredients ratio was off. Had to take the top bun off.

Loved the food here. The food and ambiance really gives off the vibe of "you are making a healthy choice for eating here!" Not sure how true that is haha but all of the veggies tasted fresh and the infused drinks were delicious without being very sweet at all. Floors, tables, etc were super clean! Also, I literally don’t know if the power bowl I got had real chicken or a very convincing meatless substitute.

I have unfortunately given this location too many chances. I order here at least once a month and the food is do inconsistent! On many occasions I have gotten a bowl of soup and it is only broth and there are no actual chunky ingredients…. Hard to swallow when a bowl of soup is $9! I also recently got a Cobb salad and the ingredients were sparse and the chicken was frozen. Not very appetizing at all and I paid $12 for it! But I have also been there when the food is on point and when it’s on it’s much more enjoyable. I believe that after this last disappointing experience that I’m done patronizing this location.

Oh my gosh! Why didn't I know about this place sooner?! Fantastic food! I got a turkey/cranberry/brie sandwich with pumpkin chorizo soup, and my friend got a berry salad and curry soup. And the meals come with a roll and a chocolate covered strawberry! I'm in love!

LOVED this place! The food was excellent. We ate here two times over a few days being in the area. I really liked the chocolate covered strawberries and the soups. It's nice to have a healthy option instead of the same old fried options. I liked this place much more than Panera. Everything seemed very clean. I will stop at Cafe Zupas whenever I see one.

The moment we walked in the door we were Wowed! Welcomed with exuberance. As first time visitors we were guided thru the wide array menu. "The Bowls" were the win for us! Everything we could want in one large bowl! Chocolate covered strawberries with the meal, plus home made rolls. So much food we had to take some home. Our drink of choice was water but we were welcomed to try out their house made drinks. We did not but customers next to us did and said they were delicious. By taking some food home it gave room for a slice of cheese to share! This was the creamiest, most flavorful cheesecake we had ever had, so YUMMY! The staff, Kris, Kate and the rest of the team made this a truly amazing experience for us! We even witnessed Kris delivering tray to tables for customers, bussing tables and making guests young and old feel special! Please please go try this out for yourself, you will not regret it!

I've driven past this place countless times and I'm not normally a deli/cafe food type of person, but tonight I wanted something different for dinner and now I regret not having come here sooner. The food is delicious, everything has great flavor. I got the pick 2 combo with the brisket grilled cheese and southwest potato soup. The soup was very tasty and all the ingredients were flavorful and to be honest it was one of the best soups I've ever had, and I'm not even a huge soup person so that's saying something. The brisket grilled cheese was very tasty too. The combo comes with a nice dinner roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry, and both of those tasted so good too. Everything I ate was just so delicious and flavorful, definitely will be coming back and if you haven't been yet, I suggest you go too! The menu has plenty of options and a wide variety of Sandwiches, Soups and Salads. You'll definitely enjoy what you get!
