Ohh Im so happy i found this place!! My friends and I always have lunch around this plaza and we tried this place the first time today. Such affordable price for amazing volume if food! Im usually still hungry at most of lunch place but this place's regular bowl made me full. And they are relativeley healthy. Meat and veggies, brown rice etc. Tofu option is great. Love the selections of sauces. Staffs are friendly and cheerful. We will roundup our friends and come back here again for sure !!!

The food is great, but for $17.74 per plate, the amount of food you get is not worth it. I remember it used to be different a couple of years ago. I am not sure if it changed owners or what the deal is, but today this is what my plate looked like. It is really a shame because the food is delicious.

We have ordered individual bowls here for over a year especially for our daughter’s volleyball team dinners before games. It was always a big hit and the girls appreciated a healthy filling meal. We needed to order catering for her graduation party and everything went perfectly. The trays of food were plentiful and everyone loved it. It was fresh and delicious! We will definitely order catering here again or go for a meal.

I never write reviews, but I feel I needed to write one for this place. They sent out coupons to our mailbox so I decided to go with a friend and try it out. Talk about a DUMP! Now let me preface this by saying it was a little bit later at night, but there were two guys working there! (Look like two high school kids. But they were pretty disheveled with baggy clothes.) The restaurant was disgusting! There was sauce and trash on top of most of the tables. And the soda machine and surrounding utensils and condiments, looked like it had been ravaged. It was just a very unclean environment! Which is kind of sad because when you have two people working there, you would think they’d take the initiative to do some cleaning? We ordered one steak bowl and one chicken bowl per our coupon. Unfortunately, one of the kids said that they didn’t have the chicken ready so he’d have to cook it up. Totally fine. But, does it really take 25 to 30 minutes to cook a single piece of chicken and cut it up? It was just a filthy environment and really bad service! I get they’re probably high school kids working there, but you need to hire people who don’t mumble and are a little bit more incentivized to take initiative. I have two more coupons from the flyer that was sent out, but I don’t think I’ll be using them. The food was decent, but nothing special. Again, just the experience made me not interested in ever going back. Very unfortunate.

This place is horrible. I came here thinking it would be better than Panda Express. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a half and half beef/white meat chicken. They tell me the white meat isn't ready and is cooked to order so i need to wait 6-8 additional minutes. Once I tried it I realized I made a mistake. Food is next level gross! Meat is so dry I could hardly chew it. Veggies are unseasoned and lifeless. On top of that it's expensive . I honestly thing the meat comes precooked and then they fire it up and recook the living hell out of it. Seriously so dry I almost choked trying to get it down.

I was told it would be a few minutes wait for my chicken bowl. 10 minutes later, my rice and veggies are still sitting on the counter getting cold while I wait for my chicken to be cooked. Horrible choice for a fast lunch meal. Will not be coming back again.

I've been coming to this location since before COVID. After COVID I understand things were rough for everyone. The problem is it isn't improving. Most places are getting back to 'normal'. First is was the snotty teenaged boys being rude and the constant turn over of employees, sometimes closed. Then it was that I always had to wait for them to make all white chicken for my bowl. It was about 10 minutes wait. And finally today, I was told that there wasn't any all white chicken and that it would be 'a while' not the usual ten minutes. So why is it that you have all white chicken on your menu, but you are never prepared to serve it? In addition to this, today I was shorted because I only get one scoop of rice and I usually ask for more vegetables. I have done this the whole time I've come here. This was a first for that. it's too pricey to be shorting people of anything. Super disappointed. They took any reason I had left to go here anymore.
