A Must-Try Dining Adventure. If you've never experienced KPOT before, prepare yourself for something far beyond the usual chicken fingers and fries. This is not your typical dining spot. It’s an interactive, flavor-packed journey that invites you to step out of your comfort zone and dive into Korean BBQ and hot pot heaven. The variety here is nothing short of overwhelming (in a good way). From a colorful selection of fresh veggies to an impressive array of meats and house-made sauces, there’s just no way to try everything in one visit, but that’s half the fun. You’ll want to come back for round two... or three. One standout tip: don’t shy away from the beef tongue shavings. Seriously. They’re surprisingly delicious—better than the ribeye shavings, in my opinion, and a perfect example of why KPOT encourages exploration. The entire staff was attentive and helpful. For a hustling spot such as universal studios they managed to keep the train car rolling at full speed and never skipped a beat. The experience is highly customizable. You choose your own meats and sides, and then cook them either in a bubbling pot of broth (with your selected spice base) or over the central grill at your table. Each method comes with its own price point, but both are well worth it. You’re given around two hours to dine, and while the food kept coming, our stomachs called it quits before the kitchen ever did. Trust me, you get your money’s worth. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, transporting you into a vibrant Korean-inspired setting. It was anything but dull. My family shared plenty of laughs while cooking and experimenting together, making it just as much about the experience as the food itself. KPOT is perfect for adventurous eaters and anyone looking to add some excitement to their dining routine. Whether you’re a seasoned KBBQ fan or a curious first-timer, this place delivers.
I went to KPOT for the first time to celebrate my birthday & my best friends birthday. The customer service was good. The place looked very nice and they were patient with our party. We all sat down and they immediately took our drink order and got everything set up. Once we all ordered, we enjoyed the appetizer bar they had. My favorite was the crab Rangoons. The grill did seem like it was low because it took forever to cook the chicken but everything tasted good.
This is my honest opinion, I had a while wanted to eat here with my wife, so we did last night. There are two options, BBQ or Bowl, both have to choose the same, otherwiae you'll pay $5/person...We chose the BBQ option. Darion, our server was very helpful and gave us his recommendations since it was our first time there. The price is not badly, $33 per person all you can eat for two hours. You must eat everything and they will charge you if you leave food on the table. No, you can't take it out. The meats are great, they have a lot of options, some ok, other too sweet. If you are not used to sweet meat, ask your server since most of them are really SWEET. I had to put salt, was too plain for me. Just let you know, you're gonna smell at bbq cloth and hair for a hole day. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely I will come back in another quick trip to Orando.
We had a special time at Kpot restaurant. The customer service was good. The place looked very clean and quiet. There are both Shabu and grill. A lot of food, appetizers and sauces. You can choose the way you like. Everything tasted good. Especially BBQ meat with spicy sauce, perfect!
We had a great time & a huge delicious lunch here, the variety of food items you can include in the bbq or hot pot meal is amazing! The friendly staff made hhe experience even better and our waiter Jay was an awesome host who guided us through the whole ordering and cooking process so well - we really enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend the restaurant! Big thanks to Jay, Maria and the rest of the crew for making sure we had a great experience. Cheers!!!
We went to KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot on Christmas Eve for dinner as a family of three (2 adults and a 6-year-old). We chose this location because it was the highest rated KPOT with the most Google reviews. KPOT offers three AYCE dining options with a two-hour seating limit: Hot Pot only Korean BBQ only Combo Hot Pot + Korean BBQ for an extra $5 per person We chose the Korean BBQ only option. Our first impression was positive — the restaurant was clean, spacious, and well laid out. However, even early in the evening when it wasn’t busy, we noticed the ventilation was lacking. As the restaurant filled up, this became much worse. It was almost comical that the vents were not directly above the BBQ grills, but slightly off-center, which clearly didn’t help with smoke control. The menu selection was decent and portion sizes were fair, but the food quality was inconsistent. What really stood out was that our initial order placed through the waitress was noticeably better than the same items we ordered later through the iPad. We ordered the same cuts of beef multiple times, and the quality and taste varied significantly from plate to plate. Our waitress, Margarita, was excellent. She was attentive, checked on us regularly, refilled our water, and changed the grill as needed. She genuinely tried her best. Unfortunately, the kitchen’s ability to consistently turn out quality food — both in speed and execution — was disappointing and beyond her control. There is unlimited access to a hot bar and sauce bar. The hot bar options didn’t really pair well with Korean BBQ (for example, french fries), and the sauce bar felt much more tailored toward hot pot rather than BBQ. The biggest turn-off of the night happened near the end of our meal. With about 30 minutes left, our waitress dropped off the bill and kindly reminded us of the remaining time, reassuring us there was no rush. We finished cooking our meats and waited on an order of green lettuce — which took about 15 minutes and a follow-up to arrive. After finishing our meal and grabbing ice cream, we waited another 10 minutes just to receive the payment machine. Since we were about 45 minutes from our hotel, we decided to quickly use the washroom before leaving. Only a few minutes after paying, while I was in the bathroom, the manager came to our table and told my wife and child — without any greeting, introduction, or asking how our experience was — that we were over the seating limit and that they needed the table back and had to leave. That lack of basic customer service and respect really put a damper on the end of the night. It’s the little things that customers remember most. Overall, the food was decent and the value is there. However, with so many dining options nearby, I wouldn’t go out of my way to return unless everything else was full or I happened to be in the area. There’s definite room for improvement — better ventilation, more consistent food quality and kitchen speed, and improved management communication. If you’ve never tried Korean BBQ or hot pot before, this could be a gentle introduction. But if you’re a seasoned foodie or familiar with Korean BBQ, I’d probably skip it.
KPot Korean BBQ & Hotpot in Orlando is absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and so much fun to cook and enjoy. Our server, Kayla, was a total charm — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Great atmosphere and even better service. Highly recommend!
