KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

My husband chose this for his birthday dinner... this was our first time and the experience was phenomenal... we will absolutely be going back!!! We're already planning our next visit! The maître d was very pleasant he told us it was about a 30 minute wait, we asked to sit at the bar where the bartender (regretfully didn't get his name) was extremely nice and attentive... by the time out drinks were made the maître d came over to us called us by name and told us our table was ready. We weren't even at the bar 15 minutes 🤗. Our waitress was very helpful with explaining the process... she was a bit fast for me but my husband understood. Overall great experience, were ready to go back now that we know what we're doing

Amazing experience! Spicy beef bulgibi was my favorite meat. Also the Korean radishes on the bar and kimchi was the best I’ve ever had. Great selection of sauces on the buffet as well. AND -go during the week for their lunch time special before 4pm for all you can eat for $20 and get a bottle of the chilled sake that is enough for Four people for $19 as an authentic And smooth rice buzz that to the flavor.

This was almost all of our first time having hot pot and Korean BBQ. It was wonderful! Fun experience to do with friends. We were immediately greeted and seated. It is very clean and organized. The restrooms and food stations were very clean as well. Our waitress was Loren and she topped off the experience. Super knowledgeable and really nice. She started off by telling us about the specials and going over how the table worked. Her recommendations for drinks and food were spot on. The food was great! We ordered far too much😂 The hot pot was fantastic. We had four different broth options and we all enjoyed our selection. BBQ was ridiculously worth it. So many options and the potion sizes perfect. The menu clearly noted spice level and they have gluten free options. Don't make the same mistake and order too much though. You have two hours to finish everything. The service was really fast. It only took a couple of minutes for the food to arrive.10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go again. Especially now after knowing how it all works. Shout out again to Loren she was wonderful and the best Pirate🙂

Our server Jenny was AMAZING. It was our first time and she helped us through the whole process and even went above and beyond and made us a delicious sauce to dip our food in. The food itself was fresh and so tasty but what truly made the experience amazing was Jenny. Can’t recommend this place enough and if you want an amazing night to be even more amazing, ask for Jenny!

First time in NC and first time taking my partner to KBBQ and it was such a great experience! Large portions and value. Our server Katy really took care of us and helped us w the cooking and was such fun conversation. Definitely ask for her if you ever eat here!!

If you’ve been thinking about going, just GO! Tonight was my visit and it was amazing. The experience was so much fun and the food turned out great! Our server Katy was so patient and explained the process in detail. The buffet and sauce bar was the cherry on top! I am already planning my next visit!

Our server Martell was outstanding today. He was thoughtful, personable, and incredibly attentive. Drinks stayed full, food came out just right, and they made us feel valued as guests. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend asking for Martell.
