5.11

First time being here awesome store! Great customer service! Thanks again!

Love this store my boyfriends store Customer service Great!!!

This store is awesome, I was thinking to made a online order but when I noticed that I have a store near by I was really excited to go get my gear, and what a sorprise that the store it's full with really good things, I bought for myself 4 pairs of pants, all of them are awesome, they feel really good and looks great on me, I really recommend this brand, the quality of the gear in my opinion it's the best of the best.

This 5.11 factory store location is the best kept secret in the Central Valley! You can get quality gear at its lowest price here. If sizes are an issue, they can special order it for you as well. Also, USCCA courses are taught at this location for free! Recommended: FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really like 5.11 stuff. Hiking boots, the hats, back packs, pants and shirts.

Ordered my package on a Wednesday, paid for 2 day shipping (meaning it would be here Friday). They sent it out the next day and all of a sudden my arrival date turned from Friday to a Monday. I paid for expedited shipping for a reason and they didn’t deliver. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable to charge more money on top of the $100’s they’re already paying, to their customers when they can’t deliver. Their help desk is not contacting me back and now I have to spend even more money somewhere else because they didn’t deliver on time. Y’all suck. Here’s a picture of my package not sitting in front of me, a day after I paid for it to be here.

Awesome tidy store ,very clean, excellent customer service. I just wish there store carried more big and tall sizes. The sales personnel had a solution. They just ordered the sizes that I needed on line. I shall return. Thank you for Awesome and incredible service. 😁💯🎉🥳👍👍🏆
