Do you need/ want a particular book or comic or manga (technically a book) or DVD or Funko Pop or gift ideas or other cool items that you didn't even know existed? Don't browse the internet, come browse this store. The huge inventory is incredible. Have something cool that you don't need anymore? They may give you some store credit or even cash. The people working there are friendly and helpful. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Make sure and check in if you have any questions.

Love the variety of finds here. You can get secondhand or new books all of really great quality in pretty much any genre you're looking for. I love that it feels spacious and not like you're crammed between rows and rows of books. My kids particularly love looking through the Pokemon card bin and picking out cards for a great price. All the customer service I've interacted with have been really sweet and accommodating! I always recommend this place to friends!

This store had some really amazing things in it. A lot to choose from besides books, it was really fun to browse. The only negative thing I would say is don’t bring your books here for store credit, I brought in 3 brand new books (never even opened), and 3 used ones all in amazing condition and I only received 13$ in store credit or 6$ cash. Total waste lol other than that, the store is great.

Great store! Love the crazy variety of books, games, cards, and music options they have. I love all the sales they do, and there always seems to be a good deal on something I’m interested in. Penny a page days can’t come soon enough!

This book/toy/novelty store is a place I want to give a 5 star review so badly but just doesn’t deserve it. It’s got some really great new and used product on the shelves. They have a music section with vinyl and a full wall of guitars for both youth and adult. The problem with this location is the absolute lack of customer service and terrible management. I’m honestly surprised it’s still hanging on, must be the great location. If this place had management that knew how to teach the employees to help and give even a half darn, this place would be awesome. If you don’t need to interact with any employees, like at all, it’s not bad. Come walk through, but be be prepared for the horrible staff. Happy Holidays. Please be better 2nd and Charles staff. The red headed dude who is like an assistant manager or something similar is the absolute worst. I hope he find a different job that brings him much more joy and happiness. Don’t waste life being upset and treating random public customers badly.

My wife and I both love the store. A little bit of everything. I like that the selection can change based off used books. Please though, I'd love more seating. She loves staying longer than I do and the four chairs are usually taken.

Fantastic selection of books. Only complaint is they pay you barely anything when they buy books for you. I had a hardcover brand new book that was like $20 and they gave me a whopping $2 for it. So bad for selling, but great for buying. Great variety of books, games, music-related items, journals, and kindle accessories. Super kind staff.
